My name is Q and my goal is to help you achieve yours! Getting in shape, working out, losing belly fat, and challenging yourself is an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. As a United States Marine we lead by example and guide others towards success.  I identify and break the invisible barriers that prevent some from achieving their fitness goals. Sure, there may be a few sore muscles, food cravings, or tears along the way, but the benefits of fitness, muscle tone, strength training, and exercise are worth the challenge. I have developed this training program by working in a field of diversity with a variety of adults and teenagers. Each session is tailored to achieve the best results, using the best exercises, to meet the specific needs of the client.
